These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to your use of this online store and UNSNOOZED.nl, as well as to all products and services offered by UNSNOOZED through them, including the UNSNOOZED Generations Game and workshops (Services). By accessing or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this store or any Services provided through it.
1) Use of the Store
a. You may only use this store for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You must not use the store in any way that is harmful to UNSNOOZED, other users or any third party.
c. You must not upload, post or distribute any illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
d. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store or to any systems or networks connected to it.
2) Intellectual Property
a. All content offered by UNSNOOZED through this store and UNSNOOZED.nl — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, game materials, logos, visual identity, typography, images, designs and formats — is owned by UNSNOOZED and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. Any third-party materials provided or displayed through this store remain subject to the copyright of their respective owners. UNSNOOZED uses such materials with permission or under applicable licence terms.
c. All ideas, concepts, strategies, methods and other intellectual creations made available by UNSNOOZED through this store or via our Services are the exclusive property of UNSNOOZED. These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, disclosed or used without prior written permission from UNSNOOZED.
d. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or otherwise commercially exploit any content offered by UNSNOOZED through this store without prior written permission from UNSNOOZED or the relevant rights holder.
3) UNSNOOZED Generations Game and Method
a. The UNSNOOZED Generations Game and its accompanying method — including all cards, texts, scenarios, exercises, manuals, designs and formats — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by UNSNOOZED.
b. When purchasing the UNSNOOZED Generations Game, you obtain a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for internal use within your own organisation only.
c. Independent professional use of the Generations Game or method — including use in trainings, workshops, courses, inspiration sessions or other commercial activities — is not permitted. Professional use is reserved exclusively for UNSNOOZED and UNSNOOZED-certified trainers.
d. You may not sell, resell, rent, lend or otherwise make the Game or any of its components available to third parties for professional use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, digitise or create derivative products or methods based on the Game without prior written permission from UNSNOOZED.
e. UNSNOOZED reserves the right to revoke your licence with immediate effect and seek compensation for damages if these provisions are breached.
4) Privacy
a. By using this store or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the UNSNOOZED Privacy Policy available on UNSNOOZED.nl.
b. UNSNOOZED respects your privacy and processes personal data solely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5) Limitation of Liability
a. UNSNOOZED is not liable for any direct or indirect damages — including but not limited to consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data — arising from your use of this store, our products or our Services.
b. UNSNOOZED does not guarantee that the information in this store or on UNSNOOZED.nl is always complete, accurate or up to date. Use of such information is at your own risk.
